AktaDerm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide support to the marketing team with day-to-day activities. This position will assist with the Neuvia marketing operations.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Generate sell-thru reports and analyze product performance in order to help adjust marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with Distribution & Financial Center on inventory management, out of stock situations, project briefs, product management (following incoming shipments), purchasing forecasts, order placement of basic products, gift set dispositions and new item approvals.
• Spearhead Operation Meetings with distribution center.
• Coordinate in-store special events: assist sales force with their special event requests and help allocate items for special events.
• Communicate with sales force: handle requests and process orders.
• Assist marketing managers in updating the promotional program status chart for each season.
• Coordinate with distribution center on inventory management, out of stock situations, project briefs, product management (following incoming shipments), purchasing forecasts, order placement of basic products, gift set dispositions and new item approvals.
• Liaison with Customer Service and Sales Administration departments
• Organize Marketing Reports provided by Paris office
• Help develop and execute ideas for increasing the size, reach and effectiveness of email marketing
• Help foster new ideas and concepts about using electronic mediums to digitally build customer relationships and increase sales
• Coordinate approval and designs, ads, copy and marketing collateral
• Help review web site traffic, sales figures and registration volume to quantify business and identify trends and opportunities
• Help interface with retailers on promotional opportunities and planning/execution
• Assist in design and copy preparation.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing
• 2-3+ years experience in marketing, sales administration or related field
• Excellent communication, organization and planning skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point
